Pocket Tours is an
iPod based audio guide product marketed by Applied Networks
Hellas S.A. The Pocket-Tours audio-guides are available as
audio-books for the Apple iPod and are intended to point out the
history and the monuments along the route during a non-accompanied walk by
the visitor.
The writers of the Pocket-Tours audio books are Historians of Art with
experience in multimedia and an extensive local knowledge. They have
selected the best ingredients Athens can offer. A mix of history,
architecture and culture. They have received a Mobius prize in 2001 in
Greece.
All the texts has been recorded by professional actors with music and
sounds.
